Free Technique in both competitions

Team sprint

• Each nation may enter two teams men and two teams women
• Each team has two competitors
• Men go six legs
• Women go six legs
• Para-athlete, Woman and Men

10/15 km (FIS-point competition)

• No more than eight men and eight women per nation
• Team competition men/women best three competitors
• Para-athlete, Woman and Men

Biathlon

10 km men/7,5 km women sprint

• No more than eight men and eight women per nation
• Team competition men/women best three competitors

Patrol

• Each nation may enter two teams men and two teams women
• Each team has four competitors

Ski orienteering

Middle distance (WRE competition)

• No more than three men and three women per nation
• Team competition men/women best two competitors

Mix team sprint

• Each nation may enter three teams
• Each team has one women and one man
• Teams go four legs á 12 minutes each
• Women go first and third leg, men go second and fourth leg

Ski Mountaineering

Individual

• No more than four men and four women per nation
• Team competition men/women best competitors

Relay

• Each nation may enter two teams
• Each team has one women and two men competitors.
