NCGM sign agreement in Croatia

NCGM support the gender capacity building in South East Europe.

Monday 7th April an agreement was signed in Zagreb, Croatia regarding a upcoming course to be conducted by NCGM at RACVIAC Regional Training Centre outside Zagreb.

"The Nordic Centre for Gender in Military Operations (NCGM) will conduct the 10 days Gender Training of Trainers course (GToT) in cooperation with the Croatian Armed Forces and RACVIAC Regional Training Centre", says Commander Jan Dunmurray, Head of the Nordic Center  for Gender in Military Operations (NCGM).

"I see this as a really good example on cooperation with regional partners in the efforts to build national capacity regarding gender perspective at all levels connected to military education and Training", he continues

"The course will take place in May and apart from participants from Croatia the RACVIAC seven other full member states will be invited to send participants. I am especially happy to see the commitment from the Croatian Armed Forces turned into practical actions and I am lconvincede that it will be a good course facilitated by RACVIAC," concludes Commander Dunmurray.
