Caroline Buunk winner of the Seamanship Race for Women

- I feel great. I won the race and I have set a new World Best Time with 3 minutes and 31 seconds. I had a good start but tided my fingers to the rope, the Norwegian girl says.

She had the earlier best time as well, which Caroline made in Rio last year.

– I had a lot of lactic acid when working with the last shackle. Then I noticed my time on the screen, which was great so I just clenched and gave everything the last leg, Caroline says.


This is her second victory this week, the last was in the Obstacle Race.

– I´m looking forward for the pursuit race in the Amphibious Cross-Country Race now, Caroline ends.

Simmone Lima from Brazil took the second place and Carolina Nordvall from Sweden came third.
