Swedish Armed Forces Department for Coordinating Vocational Training (FMUE) is responsible for coordinating Swedish Armed Forces internal courses, also called career and vocational training courses (YBK).
The principal FMUE processes are to develop career guidance services in line with the increasing interest in and applications to join the Swedish Armed Forces and to head coordination of armed forces career and vocational training courses. FMUE also coordinates the Tactical Training being developed in parallel with the changes to the Swedish Armed Forces training system. Unit responsibilities also include the administration of former students within the trades programme.
